Fee Structure
Dan charges a flat fee of $700.00 for a typical residential real estate transaction. ( what is included in the fee )
For new construction or a condominium conversion, Dan typically charges $900.00.
All other matters are billed at an hourly rate of $275.00.
Dan prides himself in professional, thorough and effective representation. In the event, Dan is not immediately available by telephone, he returns calls within one-half business day. As in most matters, you get what you pay for. Dan offers a high level of professional service and representation at a reasonable cost.
